In this workshop we will look into how lacto fermentation work. why it is one of important of the discover of human kind, and what can we use this technics in our modern kitchen, and to learn the basic that can lead you create your own unique recipes for your taste.
We will be then get our hands dirty to make 4 Pao’s classic ferments. including kohlrabi and green mango, sriracha sauce.
This will be the last workshop at Paohaus fermentary. we will celebrate with some lunch together and a good laugh through out !! ^^
please let me know if there is any allergies, dietary requirements.
please bring a peeler, apron, knife, 1L jar, I will provide some jars too. and a bag to carry to heavy jars home !
